Your teeth are the second thing someone notices upon meeting you after your eyes. A healthy set of teeth is a sign of health and confidence. Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide

Make a paste using a small amount of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda and brush your teeth with it. Alternative you can rinse your mouth with water and hydrogen peroxide, swishing around in your mouth for about a minute. Hydrogen peroxide has been proven to be an antibacterial agent effective against gum diseases and killing bad bacteria.

Activated charcoal           

Many know it as a neutralizing medicine against food poisoning but it can do more without even ingesting it. You can purchase this at your local pharmacy in pill form, crash them and add water to form a paste. Dub the paste on your teeth rather than brushing or rubbing it on your teeth and leave it for 3-5 minutes before finally rinsing it off and proceeding with brushing your teeth per usual. Though not an at-home remedy, it bears no side effects when ingested.

Citrus Peels

The acids present in citrus fruits, such as lemons and oranges, can help wear away the discoloring of teeth by rubbing it against the surface of the teeth for one to two minutes. After this, however, you will want to rinse your mouth as the acidity may weaken your enamel (the substance that covers of your tooth) further if you leave it for too long.

Apple cider vinegar

Again like in the case of the citrus peels, apple cider vinegar has acidic properties that can harm you enamels so you will want to be careful in rinsing after use. But these same acidic properties can be used to weaken plaque and make it easier to remove hence teeth whitening. Apple cider vinegar can be used as a mouthwash or by rubbing in on your teeth using your finger.
