I personally like pilates better for toning my body. But yoga is very relaxing….!
yoga! I’m doing this sweat yoga class where you do yoga in a sauna it’s really good workout you should try it. I suggest going to a class alot of hott chicks
I really like pilates…at first it is really hard because the workouts are slow, especially the abdominal workouts…
but I really enjoy it and do it everyday.
pilates is just for toning your body….if you want to lose weight it would be great if you also did some cardio…
Why not try both?
PILATES. The practice of pilates builds strong, lean and toned muscles. Consistent practice has enabled my to stand up taller, actually measure 1/2 inch taller. Begin with a few sessions with a trained instructor before you try it at home by yourself. Proper form is key to success and injury prevention.
Pilates is better (in my opinion)…because it can help you to develop focus and control and to develop concentration and can help you lose weight at the same time…^^
