Um, what would be the best form of yoga for a 15yo to do? Like, i’m somewhat stressed and just wanna relieve it so i can go on with my life, and well, yoga seemed like a fun way to do that. Also, whens the best time to do it, day, night, after or before i eat? (sorry for so many Q’s) lol, and if any of you have a good website with loads of info that i can actually use, please list it(don’t have money to buy books or videos) So thanks a bunch!! Much appreciated

I’m a busy, busy person and have found that yoga can be fit into any time of day. I sometimes go into the handicapped bathroom stall at work and do sun salutations!
There are specific forms of yoga for destressing, but I’m a big fan of trying as much as possible and sticking with whatever you like. Since you’re after freebies, you may have to take what you can get at first anyway.
Hulu.com has some yoga videos you can stream. Some are as long as 20 minutes, and it’s a safe site. A quick google search on “stream yoga online” also pulled up quite a few sites for me. Even better, full-length videos can often be rented for free or very cheap at the local library and video rental stores. Many old exercise videos are $0-1 to rent, even in stores!
Good luck, and happy yoga-ing!
